Elizabeth joined SBS in 1990. She has a Certificate in Education and prior to her arrival in Australia Elizabeth worked in Tonga for 10 years as a teacher of Tongan Studies.
Elizabeth has many interests and is an active member of the Tongan community. She is the President of the Tongan group at the Catholic parish in Mill Park, President of the Rugby Club at Altona and Secretary of the World Day of Prayer in Melbourne. Elizabeth has completed SBS courses in broadcasting and journalism.
