SIMA TSYSKIN
Born in Tallinn, Estonia( USSR), studied Russian Language and Literature
at Tartu State University.
Before leaving USSR worked in a newspaper "Vecherny Tallinn".
Arrived to Australia in 1979 and since this time was actively involved in ethnic press and radio.
Working in the Russian program of SBS Radio (Formerly 3EA)since July 1981.
Her personal areas of interest lie in World politics, Classical and Popular Music, Visual Arts, Russian Literature and Poetry.

LEON TRETYAK
Leon has been associated with SBS Radio (former 2EA) since 1981. Prior to his migration to Australia he worked as a journalist for newspapers in Tashkent, and then in a Ukrainian Research Institute. He graduated from the Tashkent University, School of Philology. His current job is preparation and presentation of news and current affairs bulletins as well as other types of radio programs.
Apart from his love of journalism and world events his interests include mineral collecting, gym workouts and mountain hiking.

ALEX MENGLET
Alex comes from an established Russian theatrical family.
His formal training followed with a four-year course in acting and directing at Moscow State Academy of Performing Arts.
His Theatrical roles in Australia include: Sganarelle in "Don Juan" (Sydney Theatre Co),
Vosmibratov in "The Forest" (Qld Theatre Co), Medvedenko in "The Seagull" (Belvoir St Company B), Count Almaviva in "The Marriage Of Figaro" (Melbourne Theatre Co)
and many more.
Alex�s Australian Film Credits include: "He Died with a Falafel in his Hand" and "Children of the Revolution"and others. He also played the lead role of Petrov in the TV Series �The Petrov Affair� (АВС).
He is a member of the Melbourne Russian Language Team since 1981. Naturally his favourite topics in the programs are Theatre and Performing arts and Russian Literature.

VLADIMIR DUBOSSARSKY

TINA VASSILIEV
Born in Moscow, Tina migrated to Australia in 1997. MSc in Economics. Having studied classical music and English language since early childhood, Tina has always been interested in Russian culture, language and literature, for a number of years was singing in the Moscow State University's vocal ensemble“Camerata”. Tina effectively contributes to a number of Australian and Russian magazines (a e Australian Mosaic, Inostrannya Literatura, Popular Mechanics) and is a laureate of the First Festival of Russian literature "Antipodes".
