CHAHIN BAKER

Chahin is the Executive Producer of the program and is based in Sydney. He was born in the Kurdish region of northern Syria bordering Turkey and came and settled in Australia in 1968.

Chahin has worked as a teacher/education officer since 1978 and joined SBS in 1985. In addition to Kurdish and English, he speaks German, Arabic and Turkish.


MAYADA KHALIL also contributes and presents the program when Chahin is on leave.
