RONALD MANILA
Prior to joining SBS Radio in 2001, Ronald had extensive experience in journalism having worked for several publications in Australia and the Philippines.
Born in Manila, Ronald migrated to Australia in 1996. He completed a Bachelor of Management degree at the Ateneo de Manila University under a scholarship program and a Master of Arts in Communications Management at the University of Technology Sydney.

MARIDEL MARTINEZ
The love for a good story is what inspired Maridel to pursue a career in journalism. Everyone has a story to tell and Maridel considers it a great privilege to be able to share these stories to Filipinos. After completing her undergraduate degree in Communication Arts at The University of the Philippines, she was given the opportunity to work with leading television networks in Manila, Philippines.
In Australia, she pursued her interest in gender based development issues and completed her Masters in Gender Studies at The University of Melbourne. Maridel joined SBS Radio in 2001 and considers it a privilege to be able to continue producing stories that shape the world. |
