Towards The Olympics, a segment which tracks preparations for the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney. There's also talkback and Radio Drama, with book readings by Polish-born Australian actors. Tuesday News - In the afternoon program there's a studio guest to give Expert Advice, a segment which is a practical guide to solve common problems followed by Community Announcements. Then Arts and Culture in Kalejdoskop. The program also includes discussion on contemporary religious issues. In the evening, News and Community Announcements, Polish Press Review, produced by Polskie Radio, an interview in Guest of the Day and an in-depth personal profile in Personalities of the 20th Century. This program can only be heard in Melbourne. Wednesday News - State Round-Up from correspondents in Adelaide, Hobart and Perth then The Week in Review, with Warsaw Correspondent Jerzy Szperkowicz. There's Polish Press Review and the culture segment, Prosto z Polski, produced by Polskie Radio. Today, we also cover government policies on Social Security and Employment. Special events such as International Year of Older Persons and the 50th Anniversary of Post-Second World War migration to Australia are also highlighted. Thursday News - Special series, Life of Poles Living Abroad, Experts' Advice and Arts and Culture in Kalejdoskop then comedy and Community Announcements. Friday News - Australian Press Review, the latest in science news and the Pope's weekly address through Vatican Radio. Saturday News - Polish current affairs with Warsaw Correspondent, Mieczyslaw Smugarzewski. Youth Affairs with Przemyslaw Przybylski, Special Correspondent in Wroclaw City. This segment is part of SBS Radio's TRY youth program which aims to increase young people's involvement in broadcasting through training and covering issues of special interest. Polish language lessons through Polskie Radio and Community Announcements. Sunday Weekly Round-Up and Sports Magazine, through Polskie Radio and Informator Radia SBS, a report on community events around Australia and comedy. Every month there's also international analysis with Professor Ryszard Zatorski, formerly of Melbourne University.
