Colectro from Colombia: 27.10.2009
A mix of rock and electronic sounds comes from the strings and beats of Colectro, a Colombian band born in 2005 and self-categorised as a ‘humanly electronic band’, as their electronic music comes from artist performing with the song, instead of using pre-recorded samples.

Social activism can be defined as a sustained activity performed to produce social or political changes, and is usually in favor of a particular posture in a dispute or controversy. Press sometimes associates activism with manifestation and protest. In politic sciences it can also be related with militancy for a particular cause.
But, how are youth people in our society getting involved and offering solutions to cyclical problems around the world?
The Argentinean born Australian activist, Walter Yoia, tells us how.
