Today, we look at the Saarland. It’s the home of Oskar Lafontaine, and other colorful figures of the past and present. It’s also a region rich in culinary delights, and very close to the French speaking world. An interesting part of Germany, to say the least! Patrick Wauthier conducted a virtual visit to the state in Germany's south-west.
