Rheinland-Pfalz is known as the home of former chancellor Helmut Kohl. His faovourite dish was pig’s stomach – the state’s top delicassy! But the state is known for many other things too, not the least its delicious (white) wines, Riesling and others… Julia Lehman asked a few of the state’s inhabitants and experts to reveal other favourite aspects and peculiarities of their state.
